The Flamingo Automatic Capping System/ Cap Applicator can be integrated into an automatic filling line with ease. They can be either electric and/or pneumatic to suit requirements. A series of sensors and air rams are used to keep the bottles in place while the cap is screwed / applied.
- Clamp Bottle/ single capping chuck /Count it and count out / Segment bottles.
- Interchangeable rubber capping chuck for different size bottles
- Automatic Variable Speed Conveyor
- Height adjustable; Capping wheel speeds adjustable ( capping parameters are all adjustable on digital touch screen/ PLC)
- Electric and pneumatic (Single phase 240V 50hz requires .04-.06 MPA
- Swing Touchscreen (HMI) arrangement for operator convenience
- Mobile On lock castors
- Variable speed conveyor Slat belt conveyor 200 mm wide ( adjustable conveyor guide-rails)
- Digital touchscreen with DELTA PLC programming designed by flamingo products interface
