Emulsifiers are very effective where a high shear is required in the manufacture of Emulsions or Colloidal Dispersions. Thorough
and efficient emulsification is by fast mechanical and hydraulic shear of ingredients, by high speed rotation and centrifugal force
through a perforated screen.
