Flamingo EFGP-A8 gear pump filling line can be used in various industries including pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, agriculture and chemical industries. Suitable for fruit and vegetable drinks, milk, shampoo, cream, lotions and oils.

Filling Speed Approximation for liquids with an SG approx. =1 and a viscosity of approx. 1 cP (dependant on product and nozzle design)
• 2 nozzle Gear pump filler per minute at 500ml approximately 20- 22 per minute
• 4 nozzle Gear pump filler per minute at 500ml approximately 30- 34 per minute
• 6 nozzle gear pump filler per minute at 500ml approximately 40- 46 per minute
• 8 nozzle gear pump filler per minute at 500ml approximately 55- 61 per minute
