The Flamingo Auger Filler is a state-of-the-art volumetric semi-automatic auger filler designed for precise powder and granule packaging. It is equipped with an Omron PLC-controlled servo motor that drives a helical screw within a tube, effectively moving product from the accumulating hopper to the bottom of the container. This design ensures high accuracy by electronically adjusting the screw’s revolutions based on the desired fill weight.
Accurate Filling with Gravimetric Module
The optional fully integrated scale features two set points for fast and slow filling speeds.
All Flamingo auger fillers (except the 6000 series) are modular, allowing for easy conversion between volumetric and gravimetric filling or transitioning to an automatic powder filling line.
